Hi - My name is Nirjala Tamrakar and yes I am a 41 year old Nepalese National Team Triathlete with two small children! 

I have been competing at National and International Level since 2001 for Nepal and as an Individual and my disciplines are Mtn Bike, Road Bike, Swimming and Running. For 12 years I was the Nepal Female Mtn Bike National Champion but now I compete in Duathlon and Triathlon.
